You should call the KanCare Clearinghouse using their toll-free number. They can help answer any questions, update your address, and update your information.

Each year, KanCare sends a renewal letter asking you to provide information to see if you and your dependents are still eligible for Medicaid and/or CHIP. If you do not reply to these letters quickly, you could automatically lose coverage. It is very important to keep your address and information up to date with KanCare.

Call the KanCare Clearinghouse toll-free number or visit KanCare.ks.gov.
